مرحبًا بكم في تطبيق الجوال الخاص ببنك بيمو السعودي الفرنسي للتمويل الأصغر. نحن نقدر خصوصيتكم وأمن معلوماتكم الشخصية. توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعاملنا مع معلوماتكم الشخصية عند استخدام تطبيق الجوال وتبرز التزامنا بحمايتها.
- جمع البيانات
نحن لا نجمع أي معلومات شخصية من جهازكم الجوال. جميع البيانات التي يتم عرضها في تطبيق الجوال، مثل ملفكم الشخصي، معلومات القرض، حالة الحساب الجاري، وتفاصيل المعاملات، يتم استردادها بشكل آمن من خلال وسيط النظام البنكي الأساسي لدينا. لا يتم جمع أو تخزين أي بيانات على جهازكم الجوال، باستثناء بيانات تسجيل الدخول كما هو موضح أدناه.
- معلومات تسجيل الدخول والأمان
يتم تزويدكم ببيانات تسجيل الدخول (اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور) من قبل البنك مباشرة خلال عملية “اعرف عميلك” (KYC) في الفرع. ولحمايتكم:
التحقق بخطوتين (2FA): نحن نستخدم كلمات المرور لمرة واحدة (OTP) المستندة إلى الرسائل النصية القصيرة كطريقة تحقق أثناء تسجيل الدخول، لضمان طبقة إضافية من الأمان.
المصادقة البيومترية: إذا كان جهازكم الجوال يدعم المصادقة البيومترية (مثل بصمة الإصبع)، يمكنكم اختيار استخدامها لتسجيل الدخول بسهولة وأمان.
تخزين بيانات الاعتماد: يتم تخزين اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور بأمان على جهازكم الجوال لمدة تصل إلى 15 يومًا. ومع ذلك، ستحتاجون إلى استخدام إما كلمة المرور لمرة واحدة (OTP) المرسلة إلى رقم هاتفكم المسجل أو التحقق البيومتري لإتمام تسجيل الدخول.
- تخزين واستخدام البيانات
نحن لا نخزن أي بيانات على جهازكم الجوال باستثناء التخزين المؤقت لبيانات تسجيل الدخول. جميع بيانات حسابكم ومعاملاتكم البنكية تُدار وتُخزن بأمان في النظام البنكي الأساسي والوسيط، ويتم الوصول إليها فقط خلال جلستكم النشطة.
- مشاركة البيانات
نحن لا نشارك معلوماتكم الشخصية أو بيانات حساباتكم البنكية أو سجلات معاملاتكم مع أي طرف ثالث. يتم الاحتفاظ ببياناتكم بسرية تامة داخل بنك بيمو السعودي الفرنسي للتمويل الأصغر، وفقًا للمعايير التنظيمية.
- تحديث معلوماتكم
للحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة، يمكنكم تحديث معلوماتكم الشخصية فقط من خلال زيارة أحد فروعنا. لا يمكن تحديث المعلومات الشخصية عبر تطبيق الجوال أو الموقع الإلكتروني.
- الكوكيز والتتبع
تطبيقنا الجوال لا يستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) أو أدوات التتبع أو أي تقنيات تتبع أخرى.
- إجراءات الأمان
نحن ملتزمون بضمان حماية معلوماتكم. ولمنع الوصول غير المصرح به أو الكشف عنها، قمنا بتطبيق إجراءات مادية وإلكترونية وإدارية مناسبة لحماية وتأمين المعلومات التي يتم استردادها عبر تطبيق الجوال. يتم تشفير البيانات أثناء نقلها لضمان خصوصيتكم وسريتها.
- حقوق المستخدم
نظرًا لأن التطبيق الجوال لا يجمع أو يخزن أي بيانات شخصية، فإنكم لستم بحاجة إلى اتخاذ أي إجراء إضافي لحماية بياناتكم على جهازكم الجوال. ومع ذلك، لأي استفسارات أو مخاوف بشأن معلوماتكم أو بياناتكم البنكية، يمكنكم الاتصال بنا أو زيارة أحد فروعنا.

All data viewed in the mobile application, such as your profile, loan information, current account status, and transaction details, is securely retrieved from our core banking middleware. No data is collected or stored on your mobile device, aside from login credentials as outlined below.
- Login Information & Security
Your login credentials (username and password) are provided to you directly by the bank during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process in-branch. For your protection:
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): We use SMS-based One-Time Passwords (OTP) as a verification method during login, ensuring an extra layer of security.
Biometric Authentication: If your mobile device supports biometric authentication (e.g., fingerprint), you may opt to use it for a convenient and secure login.
Credential Storage: Your username and password are securely stored on your mobile device for up to 15 days. However, to log in, you will still be required to use either the OTP sent to your registered mobile number or biometric verification.
- Data Storage and Usage
We do not store any data on your mobile device apart from the temporary storage of login credentials. All your account and transaction data is securely stored and managed by our core banking system and middleware, accessed only during your active session.
- Data Sharing
We do not share your personal information, banking data, or transaction history with any third parties. Your data is kept strictly confidential within BEMO Saudi Fransi Microfinance, in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Updating Your Information
To maintain accurate records, you can only update your personal information by visiting one of our branches. Updates to personal information are not supported through the mobile application or website.
- Cookies and Tracking
Our mobile application does not use cookies, trackers, or any other form of tracking technology.
- Security Measures
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we retrieve through the mobile application. Data is encrypted during transmission to ensure your privacy and confidentiality.
